Nanaimo Community Hospice is Expanding

Hospice house is too small so the board has announced a major expansion.  An offer to purchase the Montessori School property on Waddington Road hasbeen accepted.

Overall, the project is $1.25 million.  The sale of Hospice House plus an existing capital reserve from two bequests will cover $500,000 of the project.

The remaining $750,000 must be raised before June 2012.
